Domestic/US Orders

• Best method, 3-7 business days 

  • Orders of up to $24.99 = $6.95

  • Orders of $25.00 to 57.95 = $10.95

  • Orders of $57.96 to 142.99 = $12.95

  • Orders of $143.00 to 199.99 = $18.95

  • Orders of $200.00 to AND UP = $23.95

• Whenever possible Priority Mail Service will be used. This service is at no additional cost for Domestic orders.

• All other orders will be shipped FedEx.

International Orders

• We will ship by surface 8-10 weeks, only if the customer chooses not to pay the additional $9.75 for Air Mail shipping

• Seller assumes no liability for items lost or damaged in transit to the buyer.

• Seller assumes no liability for items seized, damaged or lost by customs.

• It is your responsibility to be informed about the various taxes, duties, and/or import fees you might incur by ordering merchandise from The Bullwhip Store. If you refuse shipment because you are surprised by these taxes and duties, you are still liable to The Bullwhip Store for outbound and return postage and any other costs we incurred in trying to fill or retrieve your order.

BACK ORDERS

We Usually are fully stocked and attempt not to list what is not available. On occasion we do have to back order.

• These are noted on the invoice packed with your order.

• We do not charge additional shipping to domestic addresses when backordered items are shipped.

• Backorders are shipped automatically unless you instruct us to cancel them or specify "NO BACKORDERS" at the time you place your order — use the "Note" box at checkout.
