We guarantee our products. You will have 10 days in which to inspect the product. Any item returned due to manufacturer defect must be postmarked or shipped within 10 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. A return authorization must be issued prior to returning any item. For return approval email us.

If a buyer is simply not satisfied with the product, the buyer must return the item in new condition within ten days of receipt. Buyer must pay shipping in both directions. A 15% re-stock fee will be charged to cover handling, repackaging and inventory processing. The buyer must request return authorization by email before returning the item. All items are inspected prior to shipping. Any item returned due to shipping damage, abuse or alteration, will not receive a refund. Buyer must notify the shipping service of any damage. In case of unauthorized returns the buyer will have 10 days to send payment for return shipping. After 10 days item will be disposed of locally.
